The new Sonic SS Tee from Rab is part of their new Skyline range, aimed at people that want to move fast across the mountains. They have made some of the lightest and most breathable kit possible, whilst still being comfortable using some well thought out features.
Whether used as a fast-wicking first layer or a technical standalone mountain running top, our Women’s Sonic SS Zip is the perfect tee for athletes seeking performance.
With its textured Motiv™ single jersey fabric, the moisture management properties of our Women’s Sonic SS Zip are among the best in the world. It uses star-shaped rather than circular yarn to increase surface area, improving the speed at which sweat can be drawn onto it. The regular fit, allied to the open structure of the knit, then encourages airflow to help quicken the drying process. The deep venting zip on the chest is bonded into the fabric to eradicate common abrasion points on long-distance runs and the zip itself drops to the sternum so you can vent your chest without obstructing your pack straps.
With antibacterial Polygiene® odour control and a weight of just 80g, the Women’s Sonic SS Tee is performance-driven mountain running design at its most effective.
The Sonic SS Zip Tee from Rab is part of their new Skyline Range helping people ‘move fast, test limits & seek challenge’. This is a superlight zip tee with a few handy features in the build that help improve the overall comfort and performance without you really thinking about it.
The tag on the back of the neck is super low profile and made of a soft plastic, so no more itchy tags that need cutting off. All of the seams are super low profile, which not only means less bulk but also better comfort over long distance runs and the slight offset across the shoulders will relieve pressures from a pack.
The material itself is a Motiv fabric made by Rab themselves, this has a good deal of stretch built in and is also super breathable. Another comfortable addition to the Sonic is Polygiene, this will help you stink that little bit less after a long day working hard on the hills.
Overall the Sonic is a great little piece with features built into it that you can’t necessarily see, but are glad they are there.
