Ortlieb's Hi-Viz, compact messenger bag doubles as an daysack and waterproof commuter pack. This versatile piece is a favourite with cycle commuters. It features an interior pocket with zipper for organising small items and a carrying handle.
With its 23-litre payload, this versatile daypack is just the right size for work, school and play. The detachable zippered pocket on the inside offers plenty of space for keys and other small items. Added carrying comfort is ensured by the foam padded back, carrying loop and ergonomic shoulder straps, breast strap and waist strap. The edge protectors at the bottom increase the daypack's resistance to wear and tear. The front is designed to permit the easy attachment of a bike helmet or an additional safety light.
Ortlieb's Velocity High Visibility Rucksack has had a few updates to bring it up to speed. It is still a comfortable, reliably waterproof rucksack that is ideal for students, weekends away, commuting and city walks. This Hi-Viz version is not the most suitable and definitely suits those who need to be seen, especially commuters. The updates include more ergonomically shaped shoulder straps that are much more comfortable, especially when the pack is full. It also features a removable, padded laptop case (fits laptops up to 14" in it). The dimensions of the pack are ideal for work but are just as useful for throwing showing, clothing and anything else you need to transport.
The padded shoulder straps are comfortable for carrying and the adjustable chest strap and wide waist strap help ensure a secure fit. The padded back has air channels which provides optimal ventilation for cycling and long walks. The pack has protection around the bottom corners on the rear side which helps prevent abrasion from heavy use. The pack also has reflective detailing on the front and back and features a fixing for a bike light, which can also be used to attach a bike helmet.
