Hike and run fast with confidence with this waterproof, lightweight men's boot. Inov8's Roclite 320 GTX are a Fastpackers dream. These have a new, innovative sole which provides more grip where it's needed and more yet they have managed to make the soles more durable too. The trademark grip is still obvious with claw shaped grips that gain maximum traction on any terrain without getting clogged up in muddy conditions you might encounter up on the hills.
Durability is a focus of the new design as the upper materials are now X-PROTECT, making them more hard wearing and protective. The elasticated and stitched in tongue provides additional protection from debris and the GTX is always an advantage in wet and muddy conditions. The shoe still feels light and despite the stiffened sole it's really comfortable across different surfaces with the lower drop in the sole increasing speed without sacrificing comfort. The ankles are well padded and these are great boots for long walks as they provide more support than a trainer but are less weighty and draining on your feet than traditional boots. An awesome three season boot.
