A recycled polyester fleece full-zip performance jacket with the right mix of lightweight warmth and motion-friendly stretch. Fair Trade Certified sewn.
Except for the zipper teeth, every part of the Lightweight Better Sweater™ Jacket is built from recycled materials (and we’re working on those zipper teeth). Soft, sleek and sporting a modern technical aesthetic, the Lightweight Better Sweater™ has a 100% recycled polyester fleece torso with a smooth sweater-knit face and a warm, fuzzy interior. Side panels, made of featherweight 100% recycled polyester fleece, have a smooth face and brushed back to glide smoothly and trap heat. The center-front zipper extends all the way to the chin for extra warmth and protection in cool conditions. elastane binding at the hem, cuffs and collar seals in warmth and rests comfortably on the skin. A left-chest pocket secures with a zipper to hold your prized possessions and two zippered handwarmer pockets protect your hands from wind and cold. Fair Trade Certified™ sewn, which means the people who made it earned a premium for their labor.
Patagonia's Lightweight Better Sweater Jacket is a leaner, lighter version of the classic Better Sweater. It still offers the technical performance and easy care of a polyester fleece with the classic appearance of your favourite go-to wool sweater. The type of fleece that's ideal for wearing to the shops, to the pub or just taking a stroll with your dog.
The fleece has a heathered sweater like knit on the outside with a soft brushed fleece interior. As always Patagonia have thought about their fabrics and methods used to minimise the impact it has on people and the environment.
Feature-wise it has flat seam construction which reduces bulk, a soft stand up collar, 2 handwarmer pockets and 1 chest pocket, all lined with microfibre jersey for extra comfort. Overall a comfortable, warm and moisture wicking fleece for everyday use.
