RAB's kitbags are tough durable with organiser pockets, detachable shoulder straps and volume adjuster straps at each end.
Rab says: The Kitbag 120 is a hard-wearing, heavy duty kitbag, designed to keep your gear safe and withstand the rigors of an expedition.
The Kitbag is made using a tough and durable 600D fabric and is coated with a water-resistant film. Triple-stitched seams and a double thickness base add further to the ruggedness of the Kitbag. Contents are easily accessible through a large, lockable main opening, and there are even 2 internal pockets underneath the lid.
For transportation, there are two detachable shoulder straps, 4 handles and daisy-chain lash points. The Kitbag 120 is ideal for high altitude and polar expeditions, or for prolonged periods of travel and trekking.
RAB's Expedition kit bags are some of the best we've seen. As with others the material is tough, relatively lightweight and waterproof (although the seams aren't) but with the RAB kitbag you have volume adjuster straps at each end three mesh pockets inside to help keep kit organised.
The detachable shoulder straps are more than just an afterthought as well, being shaped and well padded. The only niggle we had with the kitbag is the opening, which stops short of a full U shaped opening - it looks like this is to accommodate the straps but means its not quite as easy to get into your stuff as it would have been.
