Last Posting Dates - Christmas

Follow these guidelines for our latest posting dates if you want your order to arrive in time for Christmas:

UK Destinations

  • Order by 15:00 GMT on Monday 21st December 2020 for FREE Tracked delivery before Christmas** (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • Order by 15:00 GMT also on Tuesday 22nd December, choose "Royal Mail Tracked 24" at the checkout and your order should arrive in time for Christmas**
  • Order by 15:00 GMT on Wednesday 23rd December, choose "DPD Local Next Working Day" and your order should arrive on Christmas Eve*
  • Please note there is also a Saturday Delivery option and sending Friday 18th December would mean receipt on 19th December (excluding Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands)

International Destinations

Free Shipping

For our customers outside of the UK we advise that you place your orders well in advance. Our Free International shipping method is not a tracked or guaranteed shipoping method and is therefore slightly unpredicatable.

Royal Mail state on their website that parcels going to Europe aim to be delivered in 3-5 working days, parcels going to the Rest of the World aim to be delivered in 6-7 working days.

This service is not guaranteed, we cannot guarantee that these will be the delivery times for our free service. There may be delays as the volume of post increases over the run-up to Christmas.

Faster, Tracked Shipping

We also offer faster shipping methods, these are fully tracked, courier services that are available at our checkout. Details of cost and speed are available at our checkout when you have your items in the basket. Speed can vary from 1 or 2 days to more than 5 days for destinations that are further afield. These services are fully tracked and you will get email notifications for these services.

Christmas Returns

Because of the nature of the Christmas season we extend our returns policy such that any goods bought from the beginning of November may be returned by 10th January for a full refund.  Goods must be returned in good condition and along with all tags and packaging with which they came. A refund under these circumstances will be made without quibble, however it would be useful for us to know the reason for the return as this will assist our customer service in the future.Follow this link for details of our full Returns Policy.
