Montane Chonos Jacket

Montane's Chonos Jacket is made using a 300 weight fleece meaning its a pretty warm piece, with two handwarmer pockets, a full length zip and a cotton feel patch across the shoulders its a good solid piece.

The Chonos Jacket is a men’s fleece designed using a luxuriously warm high pile, thick fleece fabric with wind-resistant overlays. It’s the perfect fleece jacket to wear between seasons, comfortable to wear, easy to throw on for extra warmth; zip fastening with two zipped pockets. Great to keep out the cold between seasons or use it in a layering system as an extra warmer layer under a waterproof shell from basecamp to crag.

Montane's Chonos Jacket uses a fairly traditional high pile fleece material at '300 weight', this falls into the mid-weight category so its a pretty warm top. Its quite a bit bulkier than the 100 weight fleece but then that's why its warmer. There are two hand pockets and we like the simply finished cuffs in a stretch binding.

There's a cinch cord at the hem, and a cotton feel overlay across the shoulders. We especially like the retro logo - a good solid piece.
