Designed to, essentially be the only outdoor trousers you will need, unless you are summit bagging in the depth of winter. Good for hiking, bouldering or climbing, the 4-way stretch means you’re able to bend, stretch and reach and not be constricted by your choice of clothes.  The reinforcements at the knee, seat, and instep really give you a sense of confidence when bush-whacking through heather or woodland. I really like the elasticated waistband that allows for even more stretch and movement, something I always appreciate when wearing a heavy rucksack.

The rugged slim pants are excellent at protecting from harsh winds, and thanks to the DWR treatment are really good at shedding the worst of the rain, and even if they do “wet out” will still provide you with a good level of warmth.

I would prefer slightly larger pockets, if I’m nit picking , but these are a fantastic all rounder, that will get year round use.
