Sherpa's Jannu Softshell Jacket is constructed from four-way stretch fabric for lightweight warmth, and is water resistant, breathable, and abrasion resistant. A very versatile jacket ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities.
Mount Jannu is the 32nd highest mountain in the world. In the Limbu language it is called Phoktanglungma, which translates to "mountain with shoulders."
Functional and versatile in its wear; the Jannu Jacket will be your go-to layer in a wide variety of situations. It’s made of DWR-coated, four-way stretch fabric, which is lightweight, water-resistant, breathable and abrasion resistant. The chest pockets open up into deep vents, to cool you down when you're moving fast, while articulated elbows and gusseted underarms give you a wide range of mobility.
The stretchy fabric offers a comfortable fit for any shape or size, whilst still offering excellent protection from weather and abrasion.
Offset seams on the shoulders and hips prevent uncomfortable chafing when wearing a backpack or a chest strap. While the outside of the softshell jacket is smooth to ensure the best possible abrasion resistance, the inside is slightly brushed. This way, it not only feels soft and comfortable on your skin but also retains your body heat and ensures good moisture management and wicking.
