Thanks to its QuadPower LED, dual reflector system and optimized frosted globe that evenly distributes the light, the Apollo is ideal for cooking, gearing up before sunrise or swapping beta after a long day out. The unique, battery-saving dimming function provides the optimal amount of light, and the collapsible, double-hook hang loop and folding legs let you put it just about anywhere.
The Apollo Lantern throws out up to 200 lumens which can be seen up to a 16 meter radius. Its designed with a frosted globe for even distribution of light from the Quad Power LED which puts out 200 lumens at its maximum setting or 10 lumens at it's minimum. There is also a dimming switch which allows you to adjust the brightness of light and the distance it can be seen, which can be between 2m and 16m.
The top loop lets you hang it from your tent and the collapsible aluminum legs make the Apollo stable and packable for easy storage. This lantern is quite unique as it also has a power meter which lets you know how much juice you have left in your batteries. The Apollo Lantern Takes 4 AA batteries but also has a charger port for the NRG Rechargeable Battery Kit (sold separately).
This piece of kit is perfect for alpine base camp or car camping as it gives you a good amount of light for cooking meals or sorting gear at night.
