Outdoor Research's Women's Refuge Air Insulated Hooded Jacket is designed to be your go to layer for the active user. The jacket is built around VerticalX Air technology which provides exceptional breathability and moisture management as well as great insulating properties (think Polartec Alpha).
The Pertex Quantum Air outer gives great light-weight weather resistance. Features wise you have 2 zipped hand warmer pockets and a chest pocket. The jacket packs away into the left pocket with integrated clip in loop. The hood is comfortable and close fitting. The elasticated wrist cuffs have tiny thumb loops to keep sleeves in place when layering or wearing gloves.
