Mens waterproof shell

Choosing a waterproof shell is an important decision. Very light models for running might not survive on a trekking adventure. Pockets are all very well but they reduce breathability.

Choosing a waterproof shell is an important decision. Very light models for running might not survive on a trekking adventure when rubbed by your rucksack straps. Pockets require some thought, on a running garment you may not need them and they would just add weight, for trekking waterproofs pockets may be needed but make sure they come above your rucksack hipbelt and be aware that pockets compromise breathability of a jacket.
