Our Verdict
The Patagonia Fitz Roy Icon Trad Cap weighs 83g and offers a relaxed fit with soft, unstructured panels. The organic cotton canvas is breathable in warm conditions and shapes comfortably to the head after a few wears. The recycled brim material holds its curve well and resists deformation better than standard foam inserts.
The strap closure is easy to adjust and stays secure without slipping. Stitching is tidy, and the construction holds up well through regular use.
