Our Verdict
A streamlined gilet with solid wind resistance and decent stretch, at 318g ( Medium), it offers a nice balance of protection and breathability without feeling bulky. The EXOLITE softshell fabric blocks wind on exposed ridgelines yet vents well. I like how the fit stays close without restricting movement, and the clean construction allows it to layer easily under or over other pieces. The high-set hand pockets are functional with a harness or hip belt, and the hem adjustment gives a snug seal when needed.
