Our Verdict
I'm a big fan of this cap. It's lightweight, highly compressible and compact. My ears being cold can ruin a hike for me, especially if the wind is up, so the flip-down earflaps get a thumbs up from me. The primary material of the cap is made from a highly breathable recycled polyester which excels at managing moisture in the winter.
It's a soft and compressible cap that feels fantastic next to the skin, but once that can be rolled up and stashed in a vest pocket or live in your rucksack year round.
