Our Verdict
The Alpine Kitchen knife makes outdoor food prep easy as its lightweight, tough and very sharp.
It is made from a hardened stainless steel which helps resists corrosion and can withstand heavy use. The Santoku-style 4.5" blade has a slight curve for fast chopping and a square tip that makes packing this knife safer and easier. It is ideal for backpacking or general camping as it comes with a safe, ventilated plastic sheath which can easily be cleaned.
Always remember to keep out of reach of children, even if your little ones do fancy themselves as the next Ray Mears!
