Easy to use thanks to its built in piezo-igniter and in extreme conditions, it can even be turned upside-down and using gas in its liquid form, which makes it possible to run in cold weather. This FireStarter fits all Primus PowerGas cartridges. Gas is not included.
Our Verdict
The Primus Multi Purpose Fire Starter is a really easy way to get your campfire started. Simply attach the device to a Primus PowerGas cartridge, click the integrated piezo-igniter, and start the fire.
The advantage of using the Fire Starter is that it provides much greater heat and power than a lighter or matches so getting the fire started is much quicker, particularly in cold or damp conditions. Plus it achieves this without using the chemicals found in traditional fire starters, which are not environmentally friendly.
