Our Verdict
GSI Outdoors' RAKAU Cutting Board is made with natural bamboo and is sized to be a genuinely practical piece of kit. Although it is not the lightest in weight, for the dimensions it is still decent enough. The board is thick and solid enough to cut up ingredients easily and safely while including features such as the drip groove. This is an excellent natural alternative to the usual plastic boards and is ideal for anyone who likes to prepare and cook real meals when camping.
