Our Verdict
Clothing Repel is designed for full-garment waterproofing through the washing machine, making it an efficient option for treating multiple pieces at once. It spreads evenly, dries without stiffness, and revives the clean, beading finish expected from a fresh DWR coat. While spray treatments give more control over high-wear areas, this wash-in approach is convenient and consistent when garments are properly cleaned beforehand. Regularly washing and reproofing technical clothing maintains breathability, prolongs fabric life, and reduces waste by keeping gear performing as intended for longer. The formula is water-based, PFC-free and bluesign approved, and comes in a post-consumer recycled bottle. Once dry, treated shells shed rain effectively and retain their natural hand feel. It is a straightforward and eco-conscious solution for maintaining waterproof performance throughout the seasons.

How to use
- Use 2 x 50ml caps (100ml) per item (add 50ml for every additional item).
- For best results, we recommend reproofing garments separately.
- Pour product directly into the detergent drawer of your washing machine.
- Wash on a full cycle at 30°C/86°F or according to care label instructions.
- Air-dry or tumble-dry if care label permits.
