The Sea to Summit Detour Stainless Steel Plate is a solid bit of camp kitchen gear — tough, easy to clean, and well thought-out. The 1,000ml capacity is generous without being bulky, and the internal curve lines up neatly with Sea to Summit spoons, helping you scrape up every last bite. I liked the base's silicone insert, which keeps it stable on slick surfaces and stops it from clattering in transit.
