Our Verdict
The Glacier Folding Knife from GSI Outdoors is as minimal as it looks—just 30g, solid in the hand, and cuts well enough for light food prep without fuss. The folding handle locks firmly, which holds well and instils confidence when dealing with tougher bits of veg or crusty bread. I like the simplicity, though the fully serrated blade limits its versatility a touch—it’s fine for eating and cooking, but not for any heavy jobs.
