Our Verdict
At only 72 grams (for the medium pair) these are the lights over trousers we do, they are perfect for any trail or mountain runner that knows they need protection out on the train. They are so light and packable; they will fit in any running vest and also meet the kit list requirements of mountain and trail races where weight and size are important.
They have an impressive HH of 15,000 and an MVTR of 15,000 so they will keep you dry and allow moister to wick away so you won’t get sweaty and overheat.
These are fast and light pants designed for ultra-light runners, they are not very durable so have limited uses for your average hiker and will from abrasion damage quicker than a standard over-trouser.
