One of the two rails is mounted directly on the bicycle, and the other on the bag you want to attach. By simply clicking in and out, you can use the bag flexibly.
If there are no threaded eyelets available or you want to position the Mounting Set in a frame location where threaded eyelets are generally not present, there's no problem either - screwless mounting of the Mounting Set is also possible with the rubberized straps.
