Our Verdict
These gloves excel in blustery or exposed conditions, keeping wind chill out while promoting enough breathability to prevent overheating during uphill efforts. The fit is precise, shaped to the hand with minimal seams for a close, flexible feel. The pre-curved fingers help reduce hand fatigue when worn for long periods. The fleece interior gives light warmth and comfort without bulk, and the silicone palm grip feels secure when handling poles or gear. Touchscreen fingertips are effective for quick phone or GPS use. They are not waterproof, so sustained rain will eventually seep through, but in cold, dry conditions, they work very well.
