A simple breakfast of rolled oats, diced apples and blackcurrants made with coconut milk. Our most recent meal added to the Expedition Foods range, this breakfast will get your day off to the perfect start whether on a family camping trip in the Lake District or fulfilling a lifetime ambition of hiking the Camino de Santiago. Just add cold or hot water, stir, and enjoy the ideal breakfast.
Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
* The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
