Our Verdict
Ortlieb's Map Case for Ultimate Series (includes clips), is designed to fit quickly and easily to almost all (except the Ultimate Compact) of the Ultimate handlebar bags. There are 4 elasticated clips which stretch around the lid making it easy to attach and each clip can be adjusted so that you can make sure the map case is taught so that you can see through it properly.
The map case itself has a roll top with Velcro closure which is simple and easy to use. I only use Ortlieb cases for maps as they've never failed me in years of use in all conditions possible. The case is transparent on the front and back which means you can simply flip it over when moving across the map rather than having to pull out the map and sorting it that way.
