Our Verdict
The mat protects the Helinox table one from hot pans and drinks spills; cleaning up spills and kitchen scraps is much easier. The mat adds some friction to the tabletop, making spilling drinks trickier.
Overall it makes the table more functional, good as a kitchen work surface, something to eat off or play board games on, a nice addition.
