Most importantly, our Allpas are now made with 100% recycled fabrics that are even more durable than before. While all the customer-favorite features of our bestselling packs remain, we made a few game- changing updates. New details include air mesh shoulder straps for an ultra-comfortable carry, better weight distribution, a new exterior stretch water bottle pocket, and a luggage pass-through strap that easily slides over the handle of a roller bag (like our Allpa Roller Bags).
Identical to our standard Allpa 28L Travel Pack in features and function, this Del Día version uses high-quality deadstock fabric that might have otherwise ended up in the landfill, making each pack one-of-a-kind.
This Allpa pack is made with 100% recycled fabrics sourced from pre-consumer waste. We used recycled nylon for the shell and recycled polyester for the liner.

- Shell 2: 100% recycled 840D ballistic ripstop nylon
- Lining: 100% recycled ripstop polyester
- This pack is made with 100% deadstock—leftover high-quality fabric that hasn’t been used by the original manufacturer or retailer. Using deadstock reduces textile waste and is better for the planet. A product made with deadstock has an estimated 30% smaller carbon footprint on average than a product made with new fabric.
