Our Verdict
The award winning Ortlieb's Atrack 35 Ltr is a heavy duty rucksack packed with useful features. The tough and waterproof fabric should stand up to a lifetime of use keeping the contents dry at all times. The padded shoulder straps add comfort when carrying heavy loads.
The unique feature of the Atrack is the opening along the full length of the back. This enables you to easily retrieve the items you require. Inside you get 4 zipped inside pockets and a clip in point for keys and the like. On the outside you have 2 stretchy pockets ideal for water bottles, the padded hip belt has a further 2 pockets. The daisy chains on the front give further storage options especially when combined with Ortlieb's attachment kit.
The pack is very adjustable, the back panel can be adjusted to suit your height along with the chest strap. 4 side compression straps can be moved or removed to suit as well. The innovative vertical compression strap enables you to reduce the size of the bag when its not full to stop your kit moving around when on the go.
