The stowaway helmet flap requires little space inside a concealed front pocket. The waterproof Packman further features a roll closure with compression straps for packing and compressed volume.
Other features include an integrated pocket for an optional hydration system (not included), and two lateral reflectors for visibility at night and in bad weather conditions.
Our Verdict
The Packman is the perfect bag for cyclists and hikers to keep their gear dry in a waterproof 25 litre rucksack. It's made of tough, long-lasting waterproof coated nylon fabric and can carry a days worth of food and equipment comfortably on your back. The pack top rolls down to protect and secure the contents and closes with adjustable, quick-release buckles. The main compartment features a zippered pocket and a sleeve for hydration bladders, with the hose routing through a sealed port that takes a maximum 10.5mm diameter hose.
The rucksacks back, hip and shoulder straps are padded and have breathable mesh fabric to ensure a comfortable fit while the anatomically shaped inner stiffener protects your back and adds stability. On the outside of the bag there is a large elastic zippered front organiser pocket and a small zippered storage pocket which holds the detachable helmet holder. The bag also features compression straps, a bike light attachment and 2 reflectors for extra safety in the dark. The Packman is available in a variety of colours so you can find the one that's right for you.
