Our Verdict
At 96g, the Fillo Elite Wide feels like a full-sized pillow without tipping over into bulky territory. The wider profile makes a real difference if you move about in your sleep, and the baffled air structure keeps it stable without that ballooning feel. It’s insulated with a light synthetic fill, which softens the surface nicely.
The fabric cover is soft and removable for washing, and the integrated stuff sack is tidy and straightforward. I still wish NEMO would offer a built-in way to attach it to a mat, though slipping it inside a baselayer and stretching that over the pad works surprisingly well. Inflation is straightforward, and the micro valve makes it easy to fine-tune firmness.
