Our Verdict
This incredibly low-profile waist pack has less than a Litre of storage. I do not like running with things in my pocket, so this waist pack gives me a few options to store key items close without bouncing or jostling about. You have room for a few energy gels, keys, a mobile phone, but only if it's on the small size and some trekking poles, though I found stuffing my waterproofs in the pole loops more convenient.
