The Vango Titanium 2 Piece Cook Set offers a no-nonsense setup for ultralight hikers who still want a proper cook system. At just 178g total, it includes a 680ml pot and a 500ml frying pan made from titanium with fold-away, silicone-coated handles. Heat transfer is quick — ideal for boiling water or knocking up a simple pasta — though like most titanium sets, it can be a little fierce if you’re trying to simmer.

The clean, seamless construction feels robust (for the material) and well-finished, and the pan works nicely as a lid to improve efficiency. I also appreciate that there’s room inside for a 110g gas canister and compact stove, which helps keep the whole cook kit in one tidy package.
