The ultra-belt is a minimalistic waist pack for runners who like everything they need close at hand. The ultra belt comes with a 17oz Quick Stow flask, which I kept behind the front pocket. The large front pouch is perfect for your phone. On either side are additional stretch pockets, which are brilliant for storing energy gels and snacks. One of these pockets has a carabiner clip which I attached to my InReach, but you could easily store keys. A large rear pocket is perfect for storing a waterproof shell. Also, on the back of the belt are two loops to which you can attach z-pole style trekking poles (telescopic poles would be too large to attach). I found this a little cumbersome, but it may work for you.
The Ultra-belt is something I would take on shorter runs when I still need additional equipment, or it could be used in conjunction with a vest for longer runs.
