Our Verdict
The Chair One now comes in three different sizes, standard, L & XL. Helinox's Chair One L is the middle size in the Chair One range. The L balances the extra comfort of a larger seat with the benefit of a small pack size and quite low weight that comes with a Helinox Chair. What sets the Helinox chairs apart from your average camping chair is the superior quality of the components and the design.
The poles conveniently assemble themselves, they're also DAC poles, DAC are the world leaders in creating durable metaltubing and have provided the poles for the best trekking pole and tent manufacturers for decades.
Go for the L if you're looking for more comfort than Helinox's smaller chairs but still want a very packable, lightweight chair.
